We are delighted to announce a partnership with North Dublin Schoolboys/Girls League (NDSL), which will support the coach education and player experience for all the clubs, coaches and players registered with NDSL.
NDSL was the first League to introduce small-sided games into Ireland for boys and girls under the age of 11 and is currently the second-largest league in the country catering for over 13,500 children between 7 and 18 years of age playing football in our League each week.
As part of the new partnership NDSL, will have exclusive access to their own ‘white label’ version of The Coaching Manual, featuring TCM’s world-class video sessions and industry-leading planning tools.
Martin Curley, NDSL Academy Director said: “I am very excited about this partnership with TCM as it would greatly benefit our academy, coaches and players. The NDSL and TCM partnership have the same goals in achieving a better understanding for coaches and players to further the progression on their football journey. We believe the partnership with TCM will give us the further tools that are necessary to help pave the way for our NDSL academy coaches and players to develop their knowledge of football within the academy using the TCM platform also whilst creating a larger global football community.”
Coaches under the NDSL league structure will now be able to plan and deliver full season’s worth of training sessions with these new tools at their disposal.
With the addition of TCM’s club organisation tools, they will be able to share content across their clubs in order to develop and communicate their team’s own unique playing philosophy.
The Coaching Manual is a resource that is trusted by coaches all over the world from the elite level to grassroots, including Southampton FC, Sheffield United FC, Rangers FC, the American Youth Soccer Organization, Chicago Fire, and more. The platform is also used by professional players in England training to be coaches through The Coaching Manual's partnership with the Professional Footballers' Association (PFA).
